Accessibility at the Oakville Centre

Patrons using a wheelchair, walker or who have difficulty with stairs should advise the Box Office (905-815-2021) at the time of ticket purchase. Accessible seating is NOT available online. For the safety of patrons, all accessible seating in the Main Auditorium is located in Row S.

Please note: The Oakville Centre faces accessibility challenges due to its design and age. The theatre does not have an elevator. The Main Auditorium’s 17-row seating area has a steep incline, with steps down to each row.

Sennheiser Hearing Assistance

The Oakville Centre offers an assistive hearing headset to patrons in our Main Theatre. This service comes free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. The headset can be requested at the lobby bar upon arrival to the theatre.

For those attending a show in our Studio Theatre, accessible parking spots on the lower level behind the theatre will best suit your needs.
