Cynthia Loyst is a writer, producer, television co-host for CTV’s The Social, and pleasure expert. She is also the creator of Find Your Pleasure, a popular online destination that celebrates decadence, indulgence, and pure, unadulterated joy.

Cynthia’s debut book, Find Your Pleasure, shows you how to embrace your desires to become the happiest, healthiest, most successful version of yourself, and how this mindset can help you enhance every aspect of your life—from family, home, and work to love and sex.

Find Your Pleasure shines a light on: the importance of guilt-free pleasure, the mental health benefits, the pleasure gap between men and women, how to prioritize pleasure while parenting, and the inclusivity of pleasure and how to find it in a resourceful way.

A self-described professional sensualist, Cynthia does an amazing job of articulating the meaning behind her work as a pleasure advocate, while sharing practical and insightful advice on how to apply the book’s takeaways for everyone.
Cynthia candidly shares her own experiences with mom-guilt, pleasure-shaming, sex positivity, body positivity, and so much more, and she empowers you to revel in all of life’s joys, even the messy ones.
Interviewed by Canadian broadcast journalist and CTV’s The Social Co-Host; Marci Ien.
