Weekends: Two hours prior to performance time. When no performances are scheduled, the box office is closed on weekends.
Tickets can be purchased in person, over the phone or online through TixHub.
Accessible seating cannot be reserved online. If you require wheelchair or accessible seating please contact the box office.

Give the gift of live entertainment! You choose the amount, they choose the performance. A gift certificate to the Oakville Centre for the Performing Arts gets you access to any event at the theatre.
Gift certificates can be purchased by phone, online or in person and are available in any denomination.
The Oakville Centre Box Office no longer accepts cash for payments. The box office will continue to accept Debit, AMEX, MasterCard, VISA and cheques.
Implementing electronic forms of payment provides quicker service at the box office counter, reduce lineups, and offers the ability to monitor payment activities and control risks. Eliminating cash handling also reduces the risk of theft and fraud and promotes a healthier and safer environment for both staff and patrons.
Tickets purchased online can either be mailed or emailed to you or held for pick up. All tickets purchased online within five working days of the performance will be held at the box office for pick up.
Ticket exchanges can only be made for another performance of the same event, Ticket exchanges must be made at least 48 hours prior to the performance of the original tickets. All exchanges are subject to availability and an exchange fee per ticket is applicable.
Please note that there are no refunds on ticket purchases.
Oakville Centre ticketing does not allow for single seats to be left behind when purchasing tickets. This means that one ticket may not be purchased from a group of two, a pair may not be purchased from a group of three, six tickets from a group of seven, etc. The theatre is very intimate and allowing single seats to be left behind greatly reduces the number of pairs or groups that can be accommodated. If you don’t see the number of seats you are looking for, please call the box office for assistance. Our experienced staff can help you seat your party comfortably in the theatre! And please keep in mind that we can be more flexible with ticket selection within 48 hours of the event.
Patrons using a wheelchair, walker or who have difficulty with stairs should advise the Box Office (905-815-2021) at the time of ticket purchase. Tickets for accessible seating are not available for purchase online.
Support persons are required to hold a valid ticket for ticketed performances.
