Big Ticket Membership

In a subscription, you must buy every ticket in the series. At the Oakville Centre, you can create your own package of shows without restrictions by purchasing as many as six tickets (Big Ticket) or 10 tickets (Big Ticket Plus) per show to as many shows as you would like. Why? It's flexible and it gives you first chance at the best seats in the house.

The membership is valid for 12 months, starting September 1 and ending August 31. Membership applies to all Big Ticket performances that fall within your membership year.

From time to time, organizations may rent the theatre and set their own ticket prices. These shows can be dance recitals, community events, community shows are usually not part of the Big Ticket program.

Big Ticket Memberships, unless stated otherwise, only apply to Big Ticket performances and not community partners or rental client performances.

Local Merchants

You may use the card at select merchants in the downtown and Kerr St areas for discounts*. The card must be presented at time of purchase to obtain the discount.

Oakville Centre

Present your member card at the lobby bar to receive a free coffee or tea pre-show or intermission. Show your card to the ticket taker and it will be scanned to check in your tickets for that performance.

Box office staff can void your lost card and issue you a new one at no charge.

Every ticket purchase you make is stored automatically on your card.  No need to produce printed tickets or hold the tickets on your smart phone for scanning – just show the card to the ticket taker!

No problem!  You can go to My Account and print the tickets you need, or call the box office.

No – go to the box office and ask them to print and hold the tickets for your family.  You ask the ticket taker to just check in your seat(s) and go in to enjoy the performance from the beginning.

Yes.  Each membership renewal will require a new card. The box office will create a new card for you each time you renew your membership.
