The Oakville Centre has unique electronic marketing opportunities for your organization that maximize visual exposure to over 80,000 patrons per year. Using our six lobby screens, your message, in the form of an art ready slide, will move throughout the lobby walls as part of a slide deck promoting upcoming performances and other sponsor and business ads. Your ad can also be placed in our digital season brochure, published once per season, or our digital LIVE program, which is published twice per season.
Smaller custom advertising packages are available and can be adapted to your organization’s needs.
An ad in the lobby screens appears on one of the six rotating ad screens. The slide deck containing your ad is constantly appearing at different points on different screens throughout the evening. Your ad appears for eight seconds, then within 35 seconds appears on another screen.
The prime times for patron exposure are:
pre-show, lobby doors open 30 minutes before curtain
intermission, approximately 20 minutes
post-show artist meet and greet and patrons leaving the lobby, approximately 20 minutes
We have estimated, based on the pre-show, intermission and post-show exposure times, your ad will be broadcasted approximately 65 times per show for eight seconds each time. With over 235 events at the Centre per year (with a full package subscription) your ad appears approximately 15,000 times!
Our downloadable program features the season's performances including extensive biographies and photos of the performing artists. Your ad will be strategically placed within the artist content of “Live” the official Big Ticket program of professional artists appearing at the Oakville Centre. Our “Live” program is valued by the patrons as a downloadable memory of the event they have just attended, and your ad will live among the memories of Oakville Centre performances.
With the added exposure of your advertisement in our digital program, which receives approximately 35,000 views, the rate of exposure for your ad could well be over 50,000 views on a full season subscription.
